Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Masselio website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@masselio.store. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

8. Limitation of Liability

Masselio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
